In this role you will pro­vide best prac­tice wound man­age­ment care, edu­ca­tion and train­ing to devel­op appro­pri­ate skills and knowl­edge with­in the nurs­ing team in spe­cial­ist wound care, res­pi­ra­to­ry review care, immu­ni­sa­tion admin­is­tra­tion, infec­tion con­trol and oth­er rel­e­vant nurs­ing areas with­in the Com­mu­ni­ty Pri­ma­ry Care urban context. 

The suc­cess­ful appli­cant will sup­port and pro­vide col­lab­o­ra­tive, coor­di­nat­ed direct and indi­rect clin­i­cal care for com­plex client pre­sen­ta­tions and work with and along­side less expe­ri­enced nurs­ing and mid­wifery staff.

Must have cur­rent reg­is­tra­tion with Nurs­ing and Mid­wifery Board of Aus­tralia and devel­oped clin­i­cal knowl­edge and skills.
