We are proud to be a pre­ferred agency sup­pli­er to Cal­vary Health. This posi­tion is in the ACT to recruit a Crit­i­cal Care Nurse Unit Man­ag­er, a fan­tas­tic oppor­tu­ni­ty if you’re look­ing to step up or con­tin­ue into management.

The Role:

• Per­ma­nent full time position
• Locat­ed in the ACT
• Work­ing for a pri­vate hospital
• Pay­ing up to $70.92 per hour
• The Crit­i­cal care unit has 8 beds, includ­ing 1x HDU, 1x CCU and 2x new ICU beds
• Man­ag­ing ANUM’s, RN’s and EN’s

About You:

• Have at least 5 years’ expe­ri­ence work­ing in crit­i­cal care environment
• Must have or be will­ing to obtain ALS
• Ide­al if you have expe­ri­ence across man­ag­ing bud­gets and rosters
• You will be required to work with the DON in regards to strate­gic direction
• Have strong com­mu­ni­ca­tion, clin­i­cal and lead­er­ship skills
• You will be required to have AHPRA
• You will be required to have full work­ing rights
• Ide­al if you are ven­ti­la­tion competent
