As a Per­son­al Care Work­er or AIN, you will play a key role in pro­vid­ing high-qual­i­ty patient care across a vari­ety of health­care set­tings and your key respon­si­bil­i­ties are;

• Assist with hygiene tasks such as bathing, dress­ing, groom­ing, and toileting
• Help with mobil­i­ty, includ­ing trans­fer­ring, posi­tion­ing, and using mobil­i­ty aids
• Sup­port with con­ti­nence care and chang­ing incon­ti­nence products

Qual­i­fi­ca­tions:

• Excel­lent skills and knowl­edge of cur­rent best practices
• Strong com­mu­ni­ca­tion and inter­per­son­al skills
• Abil­i­ty to work effec­tive­ly both inde­pen­dent­ly and as part of a team
• Pre­vi­ous expe­ri­ence in a health­care set­ting is desir­able but not essential
