Join our dedicated nursing team on Flinders Island, where your expertise as a Registered Nurse will make a real difference in patients’ lives. We’re seeking multiple talented nurses for both full-time and part-time positions across our Hospitals & Primary Care network in the Northern region.

The Role:
- Provide high-quality nursing care across various hospital departments
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Monitor patient conditions and respond appropriately to changes
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Support patients and families through their healthcare journey
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

Details of appointment:
Multiple permanent, full time and part time, shift worker (fully rotational) position, working up to 76 hours per fortnight, commencing as soon as you can join our team!!!
*notwithstanding hours to be negotiated with the successful applicant.
Applicants should note that, for a period of twelve months from the date of publication, this selection process may be used to fill subsequent or similar full time, part time, and casual vacancies.
Salary: $78,179 to $105,995 per annum (Pro rata). Our Employer 12% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount.
- Salary range is in accordance with Nurses and Midwives (Tasmania State Service) Agreement 2023.
Access to the Grade 4 salary range $99,455- $105,995 is subject to successful application for progression to Grade 4
In addition, the following allowances calculated on the salaried incremental point may be available
- Post Graduate Allowance of up to 10 % based on qualification type
