Nurse/Mid­wife/AHP- Cen­tral Australia

Salaries start­ing at $120,451 per annum

$61.77 per hour plus $22 an hour remote allowance. 

Effec­tive Salary starts at $189,489 per annum

About the role
As a Remote Area Nurse you will assess patient needs, admin­is­ter treat­ments such as wound care, and pro­mote health ini­tia­tives. Col­lab­o­rate close­ly with mul­ti-dis­ci­pli­nary health­care teams to ensure safe prac­tices and con­tribute to qual­i­ty improve­ment efforts. Embrace a piv­otal role where your
exper­tise enhances com­pre­hen­sive patient care and pro­fes­sion­al development.

What we’re look­ing for
We’re look­ing for RANs who can build strong, trust­ing rela­tion­ships with both patients and the com­mu­ni­ty. If you have:

  • Cur­rent AHPRA Reg­is­tra­tion as a Reg­is­tered Nurse 
  • Demon­strat­ed clin­i­cal expe­ri­ence in a pri­ma­ry care or sim­i­lar setting
  • Com­mit­ment to inte­grat­ing Abo­rig­i­nal val­ues in practice 
  • Will­ing­ness for, and under­stand­ing of, remote area work; and

The abil­i­ty to work effec­tive­ly with­in a mul­ti­dis­ci­pli­nary team and bring excep­tion­al clin­i­cal skills, a proac­tive adapt­able atti­tude, and a gen­uine respect for diverse patient back­grounds, we want you!
