About the Role As a Remote Area Nurse, you’ll deliv­er pri­ma­ry health­care ser­vices in remote Top End com­mu­ni­ties, includ­ing emer­gency response, chron­ic dis­ease man­age­ment, and health pro­mo­tion. You’ll work autonomous­ly, adapt to diverse patient needs, and become a trust­ed part of the local health­care team.

✅ What You’ll Need

• Cur­rent, unre­strict­ed AHPRA reg­is­tra­tion
• Strong emer­gency care expe­ri­ence and abil­i­ty to work on-call 
• Man­u­al driver’s licence
• Cur­rent or work­ing towards: Advanced Life Sup­port (ALS), Pae­di­atric Advanced Life Sup­port (PALS), Remote Emer­gency Care (REC) or TNCC, Mater­ni­ty Emer­gency Care (MEC), Immu­nis­er Provider & Phar­ma­cother­a­peu­tics (or equivalent)
• Nurs­ing degree and min­i­mum 5 years clin­i­cal expe­ri­ence as a Reg­is­tered Nurse in Australia
• Post-grad qual­i­fi­ca­tions (wel­comed)
• Expe­ri­ence in Aus­tralian pri­ma­ry health­care or rur­al clin­ics (high­ly desirable)
