Broome Regional Aboriginal Medical Service (BRAMS) is an Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Service that has been delivering comprehensive, culturally safe primary health care to the Broome community for over 45 years.
Job Description
About the Role
This role will lead complex case management, coordinate and facilitate multidisciplinary case reviews, and provide clinical supervision, debriefing, and reflective practice for staff. The Senior Clinician will also play a key role in clinical governance, quality improvement, and embedding culturally safe, trauma-informed practice across services.

About you

- Tertiary qualification in social work or psychology, with eligibility for professional registration.
- Demonstrated clinical expertise in complex case management across multiple program areas.
- Experience facilitating multidisciplinary case reviews, clinical supervision, and debriefing.
- Strong understanding of clinical governance, quality, and safety.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a trauma-informed and culturally safe way with Aboriginal people, families, and communities.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Ability to meet BRAMS’ employment requirements, including a National Police Clearance, Working with Children Check, and current WA driver’s licence.
