We are seeking a Senior Clinician (Social Worker or Psychologist) to provide high-level clinical leadership across BRAMS’ programs, including Social and Emotional Wellbeing (SEWB), Family and Domestic Violence (FDV), NDIS, Aged Care, and Primary Health Care.

Broome Region­al Abo­rig­i­nal Med­ical Ser­vice (BRAMS) is an Abo­rig­i­nal Com­mu­ni­ty Con­trolled Health Ser­vice that has been deliv­er­ing com­pre­hen­sive, cul­tur­al­ly safe pri­ma­ry health care to the Broome com­mu­ni­ty for over 45 years.

Job Description

About the Role
This role will lead com­plex case man­age­ment, coor­di­nate and facil­i­tate mul­ti­dis­ci­pli­nary case reviews, and pro­vide clin­i­cal super­vi­sion, debrief­ing, and reflec­tive prac­tice for staff. The Senior Clin­i­cian will also play a key role in clin­i­cal gov­er­nance, qual­i­ty improve­ment, and embed­ding cul­tur­al­ly safe, trau­ma-informed prac­tice across services.

  • Ter­tiary qual­i­fi­ca­tion in social work or psy­chol­o­gy, with eli­gi­bil­i­ty for pro­fes­sion­al registration.
  • Demon­strat­ed clin­i­cal exper­tise in com­plex case man­age­ment across mul­ti­ple pro­gram areas.
  • Expe­ri­ence facil­i­tat­ing mul­ti­dis­ci­pli­nary case reviews, clin­i­cal super­vi­sion, and debriefing.
  • Strong under­stand­ing of clin­i­cal gov­er­nance, qual­i­ty, and safety.
  • Demon­strat­ed abil­i­ty to work in a trau­ma-informed and cul­tur­al­ly safe way with Abo­rig­i­nal peo­ple, fam­i­lies, and communities.
  • Strong col­lab­o­ra­tion and com­mu­ni­ca­tion skills.
  • Abil­i­ty to meet BRAMS’ employ­ment require­ments, includ­ing a Nation­al Police Clear­ance, Work­ing with Chil­dren Check, and cur­rent WA driver’s licence.
