Broome Regional Aboriginal Medical Service (BRAMS) is an Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Service that has been delivering comprehensive, culturally safe primary health care to the Broome community for over 45 years.
Job Description
About the Role
The role is responsible for risk assessment under the MARAM framework, individualised support planning, and coordination of wraparound services. The Practitioner will oversee complex cases, provide clinical supervision and mentoring to Family and Domestic Violence Case Workers, and deliver specialist secondary consultation to strengthen responses across BRAMS and with external partners.

About you
To be considered for this role, please submit a cover letter and resume. Your cover letter must address the Selection Criteria below:
- Relevant tertiary qualification in social work, psychology, counselling, community services or a related field.
- Demonstrated specialist knowledge and experience in family and domestic violence practice, including use of the MARAM framework.
- Experience providing holistic case management and client-led support.
- Demonstrated ability to provide clinical supervision, mentoring, and secondary consultation.
- Strong understanding of trauma-informed and culturally safe practice, particularly in working with Aboriginal people, families and communities.
