2025 Remote Nursing & Midwifery Conference
Our annual conference spreads knowledge, celebrates excellence, and unites the dispersed remote health workforce
Join us in 2025 for the CRANAplus Remote Nursing & Midwifery Conference, uniting Australia’s remote health workforce from all corners of the country. From 28 – 30 October, we’ll gather at Optus Stadium in Boorloo/Perth, on the traditional lands of the Whadjuk Nyoongar people. This year’s theme, Distance. Dedication. Difference. The future of remote health, explores the vital role of remote health professionals in shaping the future of healthcare across Australia.
Registrations and abstract submissions will open soon — stay informed by subscribing to the CRANApulse weekly newsletter.

More about the CRANAplus Conference
Since 1983, CRANAplus has held its annual conference to bond and unite the dispersed remote and isolated health workforce. The conference serves as an opportunity for like-minded remote and isolated health individuals to network, connect and share.
Held at a different location each year or undertaken online, the event brings together health practitioners, managers, government representatives, policy makers, academics and students into an energetic social forum.
Built around a series of high quality presentations, it provides the ideal platform for recognising the outstanding contributions of health professionals through CRANAplus awards and fellowships.
