About the Role

  • Loca­tion: Appli­ca­tions open across Aus­tralia (with access to a metro air­port & strong inter­net con­nec­tiv­i­ty), or you can work from one of our CRANAplus offices in Cairns or Adelaide.

The Role
CRANAplus, a lead­ing provider of clin­i­cal edu­ca­tion for the remote health­care work­force, is look­ing for an inno­v­a­tive and expe­ri­enced Com­mu­ni­ca­tions and Con­tent Coor­di­na­tor to join our team. 

This is an excit­ing oppor­tu­ni­ty to enhance our mar­ket­ing and com­mu­ni­ca­tion ser­vices. In this role, you will be respon­si­ble for the following:

  • Write explorato­ry arti­cles, fea­ture sto­ries, or ana­lyt­i­cal pieces con­tex­tu­al­ly aimed at CRANAplus’ pro­fes­sion­al readership.
  • Coor­di­na­tion of social media plat­forms and appli­ca­tion of activ­i­ties and con­tent to engage tar­get­ed audiences. 
  • Cre­ate visu­al con­cepts and imagery for mar­ket­ing and depart­men­tal resources to sup­port CRANAplus ser­vice pro­mo­tion and cor­po­rate brand. 
  • Liaise with a range of stake­hold­ers includ­ing jour­nal­ists, con­trib­u­tors, graph­ic design­ers and alike.
  • Sup­port the Mar­ket­ing & Com­mu­ni­ca­tions Man­ag­er with prepa­ra­tion sup­port for CRANAplus events and annu­al conferences.
What we’re look­ing for
We are seek­ing a dynam­ic and ener­gised pro­fes­sion­al with a strong writ­ing back­ground and jour­nal­ism expe­ri­ence to help ele­vate our brand presence.
  • Demon­strat­ed abil­i­ty to write explorato­ry arti­cles, fea­ture sto­ries, or ana­lyt­i­cal pieces con­tex­tu­al­ly aimed at CRANAplus’ pro­fes­sion­al readership.
  • Demon­strat­ed knowl­edge regard­ing trig­gers, sen­si­tiv­i­ties, and cul­tur­al aware­ness prac­tices in pro­fes­sion­al­ly liais­ing with, or inter­view­ing our mem­bers, indus­try spokesper­sons, or First Peoples.
  • Proven expe­ri­ence in sup­port­ing an Exec­u­tive team to cre­ate key indus­try com­mu­ni­ca­tions, some­times touch­ing on sen­si­tive top­ics or decisions.
  • High­ly cre­ative, for­ward think­ing, and demon­strates inno­v­a­tive thought.
